Activities & Events
Fun, friendship, and recovery through recreation.
We believe that recovery isn't just about medical treatment—it's about enjoying life. Our varied calendar of events helps members regain confidence, improve mobility, have fun, and most importantly, feel part of a community. Every activity is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for all members regardless of their level of ability.
Our Regular Activities
Weekly Social Meetups
When: Every Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Our most popular activity! Join us for tea, coffee, biscuits, and friendly conversation. This is the heart of our club—a relaxed, welcoming environment where friendships flourish and support is always available.
Day Trips & Outings
When: Monthly (schedule varies)
Explore the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside and beyond. Recent trips have included garden centers, coastal walks (wheelchair accessible), historic sites, and local attractions. All transport and venues are carefully chosen with accessibility in mind.

Why Activities Matter
Meaningful activity is crucial for stroke recovery. Our activities help improve physical fitness, maintain cognitive function, combat isolation and depression, provide routine and structure, and most importantly, bring joy back into daily life. You don't recover alone in your living room—you recover by being part of a community, trying new things, and rediscovering what makes you smile.
Come Join the Fun
All activities are free for members. Whether you're interested in quiet conversation or active participation, there's something for everyone. Contact us to find out what's happening this month.
